Dehning Ihr Heideschlachter is a family-owned business. For over 100 years, we have been deeply rooted in the tradition of artisanal craftsmanship and our connection to the magnificent landscape surrounding Schneverdingen in the Lüneburg Heath. This is where our headquarters and production facility for our stores are located. Delicious meat and sausage specialties come from this region—and we offer them to our customers using traditional recipes from our own production, made with all-natural ingredients.
