Your Role

• Leadership and Development: As a Junior Floor Manager, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility. Together with the Floor Manager, you’ll serve as the point of contact for your team of eight, motivating them daily and supporting their personal and professional growth
• Customer Experience & Loyalty: You’ll be a visible presence on the sales floor, inspiring our customers with your passion for fashion and your exceptional consulting skills
• Passion for Fashion and People: You feel right at home on the sales floor or are eager to dive deeper into this world
• Sales Figures & Revenue Growth: You work in a data-driven manner, analyze your key performance indicators, and derive relevant recommendations for action
• Market Trends: You’re passionate about fashion, keep an eye on the latest trends, and apply your textile expertise
• Creativity in your blood: With your eye for detail, you bring your ideas and your entrepreneurial mindset and approach to visual merchandising as well

This is you

• A passion for fashion and for people in the fashion retail industry
• Business training or experience in retail
• Some leadership experience is a plus, but not required
• A knack for numbers and the ability to combine textile expertise with current trends, style, and taste
• Reliability and respect from customers and colleagues
